Customized Branding

You can customize the look and feel of the application user interface (UI) to incorporate your company's logo and background images in the top navigation bar of the UI. You can create and save multiple unique UI profiles, as per your business needs.
Image specifications are as follows:

• Logo — 200W x 420H (pixels)

• Banner — 700W x 60H (pixels)

• File type — TIFF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF

• File size — Less than 2M

Steps to customize the branding of your user interface:

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Admin > Customize Branding.

2. Click the Personalize Banner tab.

3. Click Add to create a new profile.

4. Enter a profile name.

5. Select a logo image from your local machine.

6. Select a background image from your local machine. (Optionally, select Solid Color from the Background Type menu and then click Color to select a color theme instead of an image.)

7. (optional ) Select a mask (black or white) for the logo image (left mask) and background image (right mask) to add a gradient fade to the image.

8. Click the Save icon. Your selections are applied and the profile is added to your Profiles list.

With the December 21 release, the feature using which you could customize the color of the right mask in the top banner of the application will no longer be available. The default Planful right mask will be displayed irrespective of the profile chosen in Maintenance > Admin > Customize Branding > Personalize Banner.
