Enabling Predict Projections

You must contact your Account Manager or Planful Support to enable the Predict Projections functionality in your application. Based on your request, the Account Managers can log in to your application and enter the passcode to enable this functionality or provide you with the passcode.

In Practice: Enabling Predict Projections

To enable Predict Projections, do the following:

1. Go to Maintenance > Admin > Configuration Tasks > Planful: Predict.
   The Planful: Predict configuration page appears.
   
   Note:

   Only new users will be redirected to this page while configuring Predict Projections.
2. Click Enable Projections checkbox. 
3. Enter the passcode in the given text box and click Verify.
   The configuration screen appears.
   
   Note:

   The existing users can manage the Projections configurations on this page.
4. In the Projections Configuration pane, click the Add GL Combinations link to exclude unwanted GL combinations.
   The Add GL Combinations screen appears.
   
5. Select the dimension members from the respective fields, and click Save.
   
   Note:

   You can add a maximum of 10 rows to the list.
