How to Map Templates to Scenarios

When you create templates, they are all initially added to the Default scenario. To add templates to other scenarios, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Template List page (Maintenance > Templates > Template Setup).

2. Select the scenario you want to map templates to (the target scenario as Default is the source scenario).

3. Click the Mappings list box.

4. Select Template Mapping.

5. The templates attached to the Default scenario are listed. Select those you want to map to the current scenario.

6. Click Save.
