How to Provide a User with Edit and View Access to Scenarios

From the User Management page:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Admin > User Management.

  1. Select a user, click More, and select Scenario Access.

  1. Click the checkbox next to the scenario(s) to provide the selected user with edit access.

  1. Click Save.

Set up approval roles so that users have view only access to scenarios.

Note:
Don't forget that you also have to Forward the new scenario. If you haven't forwarded the scenario yet, you won't see it in Planning or Reporting, but once you forward it, the new scenario will show up.
