In order to use Cloud Scheduler, Admin users must provide access to other users. Access to Cloud Scheduler is enabled on the Navigation Access page. To access the Navigation Access page, navigate to Maintenance > Admin > User Management > Navigation Role > Navigation Access.
With Cloud Scheduler you can:
Add various tasks to a scheduled run
Define task dependencies so all tasks are executed in parallel or sequentially
Define, schedule and manage Process Flows
Automatically execute jobs based on schedules
Track job status and individual task created based on the Process Flow schedule
Notify users via e-mail regarding job and task statuses
