Navigate to Maintenance > Reports > Standard Reports.

Employee Attribute and Export Reports

1. Navigate to Maintenance > WFP> Export Employee Data.

2. Run one of the following reports:

   • Employee Attribute Report - View a report for all configured employee attributes.

   • Employee Export Report - View a report for all employee data loaded. Select the Data Load Rule used to import the data to Planful. You can run the report As Budgeted or As Imported. As Budgeted displays data after applying the raise percentage (as applicable) and includes allocations. As Imported displays employee data as loaded or configured in the planning scenario before applying raises and performing allocations.

Employee Compensation Metadata Export Option

You can now export the employee compensation metadata. Navigate to the Workforce Planning Export > Employee Reports screen and select the Employee Compensation Metadata option added in the Report Type drop-down to download the data. You can analyze this data and use it accordingly.

Employee Compensation By Period Export Option

You can export the employee data in the application using Employee Compensation By Period.

Navigate to the Workforce Planning Export > Employee Reports screen and select the Employee Compensation By Period option added in the Report Type drop-down to download the data based on compensations. Once you select the Employee Compensation By Period option, you can see Financial Year and Currency fields on the screen. You can filter the compensation items of each employee based on the selected financial year and currency value when you run the report.

The exported report will contain the compensation details of each employee mapped against a scenario for the selected budget entity. The compensation export screen will only display 500 records consisting of limited compensation item data. Export the report to view the complete data.
