How to Generate a Period-End Report

To create a period-end report, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Reports.

  2. Use the left pane to navigate to the desired report.

  3. Select the report where you want to view the ending period data. The report tab will appear.

  4. From the Column or Row, select the Time dimension.

    • Expand the All Time dimension member, and then select the relevant month, quarter, or year that qualifies as your ending period, or

    • Expand the Variables dimension member, and then select the relevant substitution variable. To learn more about creating substitution variables, click here.

  5. Click Run. The report with ending period data is displayed.

  6. Click Save. The report is saved to retain changes for future reference.
