How to use Predict Projections in Templates?

Predict Projections in Templates can help plan your budget/forecast scenarios by generating future projections in a data-driven approach. The projections are currently supported only for the GTSC, GTEC, and Allocation templates.

To use Predict Projections on templates, do the following:

1. In your application, click Structured Planning.
   
   
2. Select a Scenario and Template, and click Input from Template Workflow.
   
   
3. Open the Predict drop-down menu and select Fill All Lines, or Fill Selected Linesto generate projections for the lines.
   To get a better perspective on the projections, click Adjust Projections.
   
   
   Notes:

   • The Fill All Lines option will be available only when the template size is within the supported range of 100 'L' type lines or less. 
   • You can use the Fill Selected Lines option for larger templates exceeding the limit. With Fill Selected Lines, you can generate AI projections only for a maximum of 50 lines at a time. 
   • Projections are filled only in the supported L-type lines and among the L-type lines, the ones with an adequate amount of Flow MTD account historical actuals.

   The Adjust Projections window opens if you select the Adjust Projections option. You can review the projection details, adjust the projections, and update the template with your adjusted projections.
