Overview
Drawers are a feature of the campaign and expense group detail pages that slide out from the right side of the screen. These drawers operate in the same way as expenses and allow for a more streamlined workflow. They stack on top of each other, which means that you can drill down to an expense without leaving the manage page.
The campaign drawer has three different tabs that allow you to manage different aspects of the campaign:
- Details
- Allocation
- Performance
Details
The Details tab allows you to edit the metadata of a campaign, such as its status, start and end dates, position in the hierarchy, and GL code. This tab provides a convenient interface for managing these campaign attributes and ensuring accurate tracking and organization of your marketing initiatives.
Allocation
Within the Allocation section, you can precisely designate how your campaign budget will be distributed across various timeframes. This feature allows you to input specific breakdowns, indicating the allocation of funds throughout distinct intervals or periods. Through the Allocation tab, effectively supervise and monitor the distribution of your campaign budget over time.
You can delve into the specifics by clicking on the Actual Spend, Remaining Planned, or Committed Budget within the Allocation tab. The Actual Spend provides a detailed view of aggregated data encompassing all child campaigns, direct expense groups, and direct expenses, all accessible on the same page. Clicking on Remaining Committed and Remaining Planned Budget for a specific month reveals immediate child campaigns and expense groups contributing to those amounts.

Performance
The Performance tab is where you can add and edit the metrics a campaign is tracking. It allows you to input and manage various performance indicators and measurements associated with the campaign.
The expense group drawer operates in the same way as the campaign drawer but does not include the Performance tab. It provides a means to organize and manage expense groups. However, it does not offer a specific section for tracking campaign performance metrics.
