Planful for Marketing: Enhanced User Interface on the Manage Page for Better Clarity
In this release of Planful for Marketing, several enhancements have been introduced to enhance the user experience. The Group by UI has been relocated to the center of the page, providing improved visibility, and has been renamed Organize by to better align with its function.
When selecting Organize by Segment on the Manage page, notable adjustments have been made. The Total Budget displayed in the Mini Dash has been updated to Total Segment Budget, indicating the figure is the total of all your segment budgets. Furthermore, when organized by Campaign, the column previously labeled as Total Budget in the MiniDash is now identified as Total Campaign Budget, indicating the figure is the total of all your campaign budgets.
Moreover, the representation of Other Expenses for each segment has been simplified and relabeled as Unallocated, as Other Expenses didn’t properly describe the cells in the Remaining Planned, Committed, and Available columns. For more details on the Manage page, click here.
Planful for Marketing: Introducing an Enhanced Look and Feel for the Shared Cost Rule Page
With this release, users can now select their preferred budget from the drop-down menu on the Shared Cost Rule page. This enables them to view only the shared cost rules associated with the selected budget, providing a more focused display of SCR information.
To maintain data integrity, users are restricted from creating Shared Cost Rules for budgets other than the currently selected one. This restriction ensures accuracy and consistency in rule creation. Whenever an SCR rule is generated within the currently selected budget, the system automatically assigns the current budget label, simplifying the organization and ensuring precise data association.
Previously, all Shared Cost Rules applicable to every budget in a company profile were displayed on the same page. These enhancements to the Shared Cost Rule page offer users improved control, smoother navigation, and increased accuracy when managing rules within the system.
