Integrations
We added the ability to assign a parent campaign or segment when setting up an integration with Google Ads, Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads. So now users can choose the campaign or segment they want all their integration campaigns to fall under when they sync over. This applies to new campaigns that are created after the initial integration is set up.
Invoices
We now support invoices in .png, .jpeg, .jpg, and .tiff file formats when you are directly uploading or dragging and dropping a file directly into the platform on invoices mode.
Users can now attach multiple PDFs when sending invoices via email. No more PDFs per email!
Users can now apply tags in an email when sending an invoice. Simply use the syntax “Tag: <tag1>, <tag2>” etc and tags will be applied to the invoice sent in the email.
Users can now click on PDF attachments on campaign/goal/expense group detail pages and view the PDF in their browser instead of having to download the PDF.
Users now have the ability to ‘Select All’ on Expense and Invoice Mode to apply changes or move expenses in bulk. Note that for users that organize their segments via Shared Cost Rules, ‘Select All’ is not available if you are viewing this page by segment.
In the email invoices to a budget flow, the Expense Owner is now set based on the email sender, rather than the budget owner.
Feature Requests
- When importing expenses, we now set the segment of an expense based on the segment of that expense's parent. Previously, we would allow a user to upload an expense with a segment that is different than their parent (expense freedom). This is no longer the case as it was creating more problems than it was solving.
- We now use the PDF viewer we added to invoices mode for viewing PDFs for ALL.
- Attachments are now duplicated when a budget is duplicated.
