The Manage Budget menu offers budget-level and segment-level actions.
Budget-Level Actions
Duplicate Budget – Creates an identical copy of the current budget.
Edit Budget Details – Opens the Edit Budget window to update editable fields (see Editing Budget Details below).
Delete Budget – Permanently removes the selected budget.
Segment-Level Actions
(Enabled only when one or more segments are selected.)
Group Segment(s) – Combines selected segments into a single group.
Ungroup Segment(s) – Breaks apart grouped segments.
Move Segment(s) – Repositions selected segments within the budget.
Duplicate Segment(s) – Creates a copy of selected segments.
Delete Segment(s) – Removes selected segments permanently.
If no segments are selected, all segment-level actions remain disabled. To learn more about managing budget segments, click here.

Editing Budget Details
To edit a budget:
Select Edit Budget Details from the Manage Budget menu.

Click the Edit icon in the Plan Budget Page.
In the Edit Budget window, update:
Budget Name – Modify as needed.
Owner (Required) – Assign an Admin user as the budget owner.
Budget Amount (USD) – Adjust the allocated amount.
Fiscal Year Start Date (Required) – Update the start date if needed.
Forecast Column – Toggle on or off. To learn more about Forecast, click here.
Custom Available Budget Calculation – Adjust as required. To learn more about Custom Available Budget, click here.
Click Save & Close.
Note:
The Timeframe Type is non-editable after budget creation.
If Forecast is enabled, you will see the Smart Cell section displaying the selected anchor point (Total Budget or Forecast). However, this setting cannot be changed once the budget is created; the anchor point is locked for that budget. To learn more about smartcell for forecast, click here.
