How to Export the Group Structure

You can export the group ownership structure for offline use. Alternatively, you can use the exported template to make changes in the ownership structure and import those changes.

Note:

If you do not have access to any entity within the group, as defined in the Consolidation Security window, then ownership details of that entity are not shown in the exported file.

To export the ownership structure, do the following:

1. Navigate to the Consolidation > Consolidation Control Panel > Org Chart tab.

2. Select the group from the drop-down for which you want to export ownership structure.

3. Select the period for which you want to export the ownership details.

4. Click Export from the Actions drop-down. A dialog appears.

5. Click OK. The template is downloaded in Excel format.
