Managing General Settings

Access the Settings page to designate your homepage as well as set your region. The homepage is the first page displayed when you log in to Planful. You can select to display any application page.
How to update general settings?
To update the General settings navigate to Maintenance > My Settings > General.
Generate Tasks for all Artifacts
All Actions - This functionality prevents the creation of excess or granular-level tasks. When you select the Enable Workflow for this Scenario check box and specify the workflow definition, and then click Save, one workflow task is generated only for the roll up not for all the artifacts associated with the roll up. Initially, a forward task associated with the entity roll up is generated. After you complete this task, an Approve task or a task for the next stage is generated. By default, this check box is not selected.
System Status
The System Status section provides quick access links to the following information:
Current Status – Click this link to view the real-time operational state of the Planful application.
Maintenance – Click this link to view the current year’s system maintenance schedule, including Operations Maintenance and Monthly Releases.
Historical Application Availability – Click this link to view monthly uptime percentages for Planful services, reflecting their performance and reliability over time.
