Navigate to Maintenance > Admin > User Management.
Select yourself and then select More > Scenario Access.
Select the All Scenarios checkbox.
Click Save.
Now, when future scenarios are created, you will have access to them automatically .
Note:
Don't forget that you also have to Forward the new scenario. If you haven't forwarded the scenario, you won't see it in Planning or Reporting, but once you forward it, the new scenario will show up.
