How to Generate and Export the BME Shared Status Report via Report Administration

To generate and export the BME Shared Status Report:

1. Navigate to Maintenance > Report Administration > Standard Reports.

    

   Note:

   If the BME Shared Status report is not yet deployed, ensure it is deployed. To learn about deploying a standard report, click here.

2. Select the BME Shared Status report and click the Run icon.

3. Select the desired Scenario, Budget Entity, and Template.

4. Click Run to generate the report.

5. Use the Export dropdown to download the report in your preferred format.
