    Navigation Role and Access

    How to Create a Navigation Role

    1. Navigate to Maintenance > Admin > User and Role Management , then select Navigation Role.

    2. Click Add.

    3. Enter a code and name for the navigation role.

    4. Click Save.

    How to Assign Navigation Access to a Navigation Role

    1. Click Navigation Access from the Navigation Role page.

    2. Use the hierarchy structure to expand and collapse navigation options. Click the checkbox next to the navigation option to allow access to the path.

    3. Click Save.

    4. Double click on any user to access and edit the Navigation Access page.

    5. Select the navigation role from the Navigation Role pull-down menu.

    6. Click Save.
