Only a valid email address can be used as a username, using the following requirements:
A minimum of 8 characters (10 characters is recommended)
A maximum of 128 characters
At least 1 uppercase character is required (A‐Z)
At least 1 lowercase character is required (a‐z)
At least 1 digit is required (for example, 8, 1, 0)
At least 1 special character is required (for example, *, &, #)
Note:
All current passwords will be retained and unchanged until you are prompted to change your password or decide to change your password.
If you change your password and it does not meet the requirements listed above, the following message is displayed:
