First Scenario Setup

  1. Create Scenario with seeding from a Source Scenario (for starting data) and a compare scenario (for Variance calculation).

  2. Create / Map Templates to the Scenario.

  3. Map budget entities to the scenario.

Second Module/Template/Dashboard Setup

  1. Setup MyPlan Only GTSC Templates

    1. Create Templates with Summary columns, year totals, time set as per the suggested flow above.

    2. Map Budget Entities.

  2. Setup MyPlan Only Capital Templates

    1. Create Template with formulas defined (in case the assets are captured as Rate, Quantity and amount).

  3. Create and Run the MyPlan Only Simulation Process to seed data to the MyPlan Only templates.

  4. MyPlan Only Dashboards (Chart) Setup

    1. Create Dashboards with charts created in the sequence in which they need to appear in MyPlan.

Third Security Setup

  1. Assign Security

  2. Assign Template, Scenario, Dashboard security to appropriate users.

Fourth MyPlan Configuration Setup

  1. MyPlan Configuration Setup

    1. Create MyPlan Configuration with Dashboards and Data sections

    2. In Data sections

      • Map the MyPlan Only templates.

      • In case of Workforce Planning & Capital, just select if they are required or not

    3. In Charts section map the dashboard

    4. Define Notes

    5. Assign Users

  2. Test

    1. Login to application to view display of MyPlan.
