To adjust the percentage value for overtime compensation from 7% to 8% for all part-time salaried employees, follow these steps:

  1. Navigating to Maintenance > Workforce > Workforce Planning Setup > Compensation Item > Edit.
  2. Change the Percentage Value to 8.

  3. Click Settings and select Set as Global Constant.

  4. Click Save.

Now, process all employees to reflect the changes via Cloud Scheduler.
