How to Find Data Cells Quickly in SpotlightXL

The Zoom in > Data Leaves option allows users to swiftly navigate to specific data cells within a view, which is especially useful in models that contain sparse data.

1. Go to Analyze > Design and design the view.
   
   Note:

   Users can configure the view to remove unnecessary space or zeros by selecting the desired option under More > Suppress Rows.
2. Click Save.
3. Select Analyze > Data.
4. Select a dimension from the row axis.
5. Select Zoom In > Data Leaves.
   
   
   Notes:

   • The data will appear based on the selection made under the Suppress Rows option.
   • All dimensions on the row axis expand, not just the selected one.
