How to Update Compensation Items Loaded via a Data Load Rule?

If you load compensation items using a Data Load Rule, compensation items not included in the data load may become unmapped. 

To update these compensation items, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Workforce > Workforce Planning Setup.
  2. Click the Employee Types tab.

  3. Select a scenario.
  4. Select an employee type and click the Edit button to open the Edit Employee Type page.

  5. Un-map the compensation items.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Now, select the same employee type and click the Edit button again.
  8. Re-map compensation items on the Edit Employee Type page.
  9. Select the Update Compensation Items against Employee data checkbox.

  10. Click Save.

Repeat this process for each employee type.
