    Scheduling Data Load Rules Using Cloud Scheduler

    Article summary

    To automate data loading for a Data Load Rule, do the following:

    1. Click Maintenance > Administration > Cloud Scheduler.

    2. Click Process Flow.

    3. Click Add (plus icon) to create a scheduled process to load the data automatically for the Data Load Rule created.

    4. Enter Code and Name (optional).

    5. (Optional) Enter Email Recipients, to receive status updates on the process flow.

    6. Click Tasks.

    7. Click Add Task (plus icon).

    8. For Task Type, select Data Load Rule.

    9. For Task Name, select the Data Load Rule created earlier.

    10. (Optional) Select Dependencies, if there is data required to be loaded before this data load.

    11. (Optional) Enter Email Recipients, to receive email notification when the task is processed.

    12. Click Save.

    13. Click Run Now (right arrow icon) to start the process immediately or schedule the execution by setting the time and date in the Scheduler tab, and then click Save & Schedule.
